Agreement to Terms
By using FreshClears Cibolo Pool Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time, and we will notify you of any significant changes.
Services Provided
FreshClears Cibolo Pool Service provides professional pool cleaning, maintenance, and repair services in Cibolo, Texas and surrounding areas. Our services include weekly cleaning, one-time deep cleaning, green pool treatment, filter cleaning, equipment repairs, tile cleaning, pool opening and closing, and pool inspection services.
We will make every effort to provide services as described. However, service times and availability may vary based on weather conditions, equipment availability, and other factors beyond our control.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For weekly service contracts, payment is due monthly in advance. Late payments may result in suspension of services and a late fee of $25.
All prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. You will be notified of any price changes before they take effect.
Cancellation Policy
For one-time services, please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
For weekly service contracts, you may cancel at any time with 14 days written notice. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees for weekly services.
Access to Property
You agree to provide our technicians with safe and unobstructed access to your pool and equipment. If we cannot access your pool due to locked gates or other obstacles, you will still be responsible for payment, and an additional trip fee may apply.
You are responsible for ensuring that your pool area is safe for our technicians to work in. Please notify us of any hazards, aggressive pets, or other safety concerns.
Liability and Insurance
FreshClears Cibolo Pool Service is fully insured and licensed. We will take reasonable care when performing services on your property. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, equipment failures due to age or wear, or issues caused by factors outside of our control.
You are responsible for maintaining homeowners insurance on your property. We recommend that you keep your pool equipment in good working condition and notify us immediately of any problems.
Warranties and Guarantees
We guarantee that all services will be performed professionally and to industry standards. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right at no additional charge.
For equipment repairs and replacements, warranties vary by manufacturer. We will honor all manufacturer warranties and will assist you with warranty claims as needed.
